The black and true fire painted truck, was originally a 17 year old "Big Foot" truck, made by Power Wheels. (metal frame)

The battery was replaced by an Optima Yellow Top. The enclosure was modeled after an Alumapro BP-10 Bandpass Box. a used 10" Alumapro BP-10 subwoofer and Areo port was removed from the box and built into the truck.

The truck was supposed to look a bit like Dad's ride.

An Alpine 350 watt mono block amp, drove this truck up to 157.8 db, at it's first show in Milwaukee, WI in 2006.

(beating Dad's 147.2!)

A little bid of re-tuning on the amp and the older model Kenwood CD player gave the truck a bit better score in Baraboo WI at the next show.

159.7 db

As the competition was rebuilding & improving the other Power Wheels, a new model of the BP-10 Subwoofer was installed. The new speaker is a dual voice coil subwoofer. This allows the ohms to fall from 4 ohms to 2 ohms, to boost the amplifier's output. Then 2 small blocks where added to the enclosure to take up a bit of air space.

The President of Alumapro was on hand in Bulter, WI, to witness, and congratulate my son with his new 160.2 db score.

He gave him the new stickers for the side.

The front grill from the "Big Foot" truck was missing in action when the truck was donated by my Son's Grandfather, so I took a picture of a Jeep cherokee down the street.

(mine has a brush guard blocking the view)

National Sign and Design in West Allis, WI took on the job of printing the grill picture onto Vinyl and affixing it to some PVC plastic to fit the front of the Power Wheels.

The Jeep emblem placed over the "Ford" was left over from Dad's ride when his was painted.

The flame truck did a bit better, and broke the tied record of 160.2 db, with a new:

161.0 db

This was at the Milwaukee Mile Regionals

1st place, and loudest vehicle of the entire show!
